Minimum Exercise/Maximum Results

The exercise studio is equipped with exclusive Super Slow, Nautilus, and Med X equipment.  The Super Slow method- featured in the Book Body by Science delivers an intense slow workout where you will develop lean muscle in the least amount of time.  Since weare doing muscular failure, you will eventually loose in the areas where you accumulate your fat storage as spot reduction is a fallacy. For example for women after menopause, it is the midsection.   You will work out 20 minutes once a week. The objective is to get the client to increase their self-efficacy and self-esteem by taking authorship of their health.  We include a free session of wellness coaching with each package.  The most important concept to remember is that you get more results not from the quantity of exercise but the quality.  At The IN and OUT Workout you will exercise as intense as possible and then allow your body to rest.  It is actually in the rest where you become leaner. At The IN and OUT Workout  is where you will achieve maximum results in the least amount of time because you shouldn't live to exercise, but exercise to live!
