Super Slow at Home

Virtual classes can be completely private or with up to 2 people.  You will perform weight bearing exercises for the largest parts of your body mimicking a SuperSlow session but at home.  The sets will be very slow.  Your trainer (Mayra) will guide you every step of the way. Classes are 30 minutes in duration.  You will start with your own body weight resistance and progress to hand weights.  The goal is just like in any superSlow session- getting the maximum results in the minimum amount of time; This is done by challenging your body to increase the resistance slowly. The IN and OUT Workout's virtual classes SuperSlow are NOT aerobic. They are designed to increase your muscle to make you stronger and leaner and in this manner add healthy years to your life.
